E1300, P0306, P031 ... the car is running alright now, but still has the CEL lit.

 

I assume you meant P0301, if you you have a misfire on cylinder 6 and 1. Get some 8mm magnecors from Apex Performance or if you don't want to spend $100 order 8mm kingsborne wires and change out the plugs also (use your plugs of choice singele platinum, double, iridium even plain champion coppers work great in these engines). See the sticky for how to DIY the wires.

Edit: 1 and 6 are on the same coil so if new plugs and wires do not fix it you may have a bad coil.
