Since I bought the car, the central locks have not worked. When the button is depressed, you can hear the relay from underneath the steering column, but none of the pins lock or unlock. I'd really like to get this resolved so I can feel more comfortable driving downtown and leaving belongings in the car.

The passenger-side rear door is a weird one--whether the pin is depressed or not, the door remains unlocked.

I have a feeling I should start by replacing the actuator in the driver's door since it's a master to the others (as I understand). Please advise on how to proceed and what to look for. Thanks!
