Chains

Guys - heading over the pass this weekend.... chains are at times required.... So what's been the experience set with people? looking to most likely get the cable chains, etc....

Running 255/55/R18....

Les Schwab's are decent...easy to put on, warranty if you break em. Never used on my Disco, but they worked well on work vans the last few winters.

At work we just take a small piece of chain from the hardware store.
Wrap it around the rim and use a D-ring to tie to 2 ends together.
