Isn't that a 4.0 to 4.6 conversion as well?

Ok, for an '01 to '03 or vice versa you will also want to change the MAF sensor and intake box lid. They are different sizes.

Are both of these trucks equipped (or unequipped) with SAI?

If you don't swap the IC with ECU/BCU your odo is going to flash. If you don't change the inside fusebox you will need to turn the ignition on and leave it on for 20 mins to allow the IDM and BCU to sync.

Alex_M.........I dont think have a problem, because this 2003 disco II is from an agency in my country and comes with a 4.0 engine. this has caught my attention. but it totally suits me for the change of ecu and others. the disco 2001 have 4.0 engine. but tomorrow Ill see how this really is.
