okay I changed the fuel pump & I have fuel in the lines & pressure but it will not start almost like it is flooding ..... It's a 98 disco I does anyone have any ideas ??? any would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check for spark.

 

Sounds like a fuel pump wasn't needed. What exactly is the engine doing? Have you pulled the plugs to see if they are wet or not?
You may have a bad crank sensor that will not allow the injectors to fire.
