Completely normal, the gears are made from cintered metal, they wear in over time. Diff fluids were part of the very first service, at 7,500 miles for this very reason, although for some reason, the t-case was not.

Learned a new word. (From Wikipedia)

Sintering is a method used to create objects from powders. It is based on atomic diffusion. Diffusion occurs in any material above absolute zero, but it occurs much faster at higher temperatures. In most sintering processes, the powdered material is held in a mold and then heated to a temperature below the melting point. The atoms in the powder particles diffuse across the boundaries of the particles, fusing the particles together and creating one solid piece. Because the sintering temperature does not have to reach the melting point of the material, sintering is often chosen as the shaping process for materials with extremely high melting points such as tungsten and molybdenum.

OK, so tranny fluid, tcase fluid and seal, and both diffs fluid changed. It feels so much different! Everything is great and it's much smoother underway but only one observation, when I take my foot off the gas, it seems to SLOW down much faster. Like there is a ton more resistance in the drive chain? Is that normal?

I'm probably over exaggerating, it slows faster and its idle speed is a MPH or two slower, it's not like a TON of resistance, but it's certainly noticeable. If the fluids were never changes is this a normal feeling? Thanks.

Maybe the more viscous new fluids are providing more coupling, so this could be quite normal. Will be interesting to see if there is an MPG change. The changes in fluid could also change the data exchanged between engine and tranny computer about load, speed changes, etc. And the ECU could be reacting to these changes (fuel mix).
