Default Changing the oil...
Tomorrow I plan to change the oil and filter for the first time on my Disco, what would be the best oil and filter to use? any ideas?

dont know if its the best, but im using Mobil 5000 (going to 7000 next time) and a Fram gough guard filter.

mobil 1 full synthetic and cooper filter
