Take a look inside the cylinder with a cheap USB phone camera (boroscope) and look for signs of coolant.
Ok, I will look into this, would the spark plug be wet if this was the case? Will I have to order a borescope off online or can I find one anywhere?

I tried all the following things to fix my misfire on Chloe when I bought it. Plugs, wires, coils, CPS, MAF cleaning, cleaned idler valve, O2 sensors, checked for vac leak, seafoam treatment……it all lead to an entire bank one misfire. At that point, I was at a loss and feared the worst.
last thing was to replace all fuel injectors. Solved all misfires and Purred like a kitten.

It's weird, been on this board for years now and it still amazes me how ignored the injectors are...when it comes to a misfire issue. Even with codes 1171 and 1174 (l believe that-s them, not looking them up), but injector o-rings cause this issue a lot...and it's like no one wants to go there...like there's some sort of weird magic involved in changing them.

Anyhow...glad it resolved your issue.

Hello everyone, changed the spark plug last week and the misfire is gone, the question now is... how long till it fouls another plug and why? Prolly valves.. I will probably start a build thread for this project since I have big plans. I have already installed a HD GBR front drive shaft and UG. I will be doing the inline mod next and switching the coolant to green. Thanks for all the replies!
