Default Muffler... misfire?

03, 168k

I’ve been chasing this misfire for a few days now with no success. Today I got under the disco and noticed a leak right at the seam of the muffler. Could that cause the misfire I’ve been experiencing? It started after crawling over some rocks a couple of weekends ago. I hit the undercarriage pretty hard at one point. I started having the misfire on the way out of the trail.

Are you getting O2 codes with the misfire? If not, I doubt this would be the issue.
