Hey everyone, Ever since I bought the 2003 D2 it hasnt had a working Hvac panel or power mirrors. Ive checked fuses, grounds, replaced the hvac panel with a working one, replaced the entire fuse box. the button lights light up when the lights are on, but when you press the on button nothing happens, it turned on once or twice since i had it, but since then nothing.

Any ways, ive been diggin around and found this wire. It has 2 wires spliced into one. Can anyone verify that this is correct? Its right behind the left side air vent. it goes to the connector connecting to the front of the interior fuse box. Ive attached photos for reference. I noticed it because it had blue electrical tape. No where have i seen blue electrical tape in the D2, just black. Making me think the previous owner was messing with something?
