Chassis Rust - How bad is this picture
My plan is to get in here with a wire brush/wheel and smooth everything back down before putting on a coat of POR-15. I don't think this rust is too bad but I wanted to bounce the picture off you guys for some feedback. Rear passenger side:

Not too bad. Just wires brush it well and coat it. I had a yukon that looked worse than the pic above. Body was perfect, but the frame was swiss cheese. Previously owned by an older man up north who never sprayed off the road salt.

How bad is it, bad and will only get worse in a hurry. The entire rust are should be sand blasted, then cut out and replace any of the bad spots, especially the frame.
You are looking at a big lob as far as the frame goes, so don't do any short cuts with this or that truck will be short lived.
