Since Rover's have a cronic issue with over heating, go with the Jeg's fans and know that you are OK.
I don't have a Rave for a D1 or I would look it up for you.

I'd much reather go with the 1,ooo CFM fan units but I was concerned with the amp draw on the alt.

I beleive the relay is 25 amp's and the fuse I know is 30amp. the alt is 100amps.

Soooo... I guest the 14amps will be just fine.

thanks

I do have the rave for my year. But it does not list specific amp's for any equipment. Only Sequence of Operations and wiring diagrams.

I wouldnt worry about the amp draw.
How much do they want for the aftermarket fan?
Did you call AutoSportsUnlimited?
Did you find any Toyota fans?

Here's the link for the fan's ($46) they'll be on the door step by Friday
http://www.jegs.com/p/Proform/Profor...51520/10002/-1

-I didnt call, but I checked Auto unlimited on ebay and they didn't have any fan's listed.
-the Corolla Fans were 70-80 bucks at the local corporate stores(autozone, PepB, etc) and I couldn't verify the CFMs. Just wasn't comfy about them.

Thats a good price for the aftermarket fans.
Just looking at AutoSports web site and e-bay store is not good enough, they do not list everything they carry.
Rear brake calipers for my truck, they did not list them, called them and $70 each brand new.
I understand about the Toy fans, just throwing it out there.
They are the same CFM's because they use the same motor as the DI but you use your fan blades.
