I've had four new Bosch O2 sensors on my '03 and a fresh Turner 4.6. Been getting intermittent O2 and catalytic system efficiency errors. This week I replaced the rear O2 sensors with Walker units. Engine is running a bit smother and the error codes have not come back.

I might swap out the fronts to Walker units too.
