Dont mean to brag or boast fellas, but we all know that Texas is where its at when it comes to trucks!!
Just thought I would throw that in there..
Bob man, thats horrible what they are doing man, I'm sorry to hear that, are there other parking options for you, you say that both parking ways are in front of your house and lead to cross walks, thats crappy man...
best of luck and let us know how that turns out, i know i'm interested to see if there is any decency left an the basic legal system!

Thanks for the support, folks. Moving South is always an option, I am originally from LA (Lower Alabama), where if the trucks had black boxes to record the last moments before a wreck the last thing you'd hear is "hey y'all, watch this!" ... at least 90% or the time. :-)
Fighting it but not holding my breath.

What does the CPD use all that ticket revenue money for? They certainly don't use it for fixing potholes, based on my last experience.

I stay away from Chi-town just because of the parking. We have friends there, but I park at my sister's house in the burbs and cab it in. We parked in the city once. I watched a guy bump my truck twice while trying to park. I confronted him and got the usual f-you. Called the cops, nothing.. they told me it happens al the time and there is nothing I could do. Knowing I had a better bumper at home, I took off his rear bumper pulling out. We were loaded up to go home anyways.
