Default Chirping noise when I accelerate

Hi guys,
You guys have solved alot of my 99 Disco II questions and problems. I have another issue now. I have a 1999 Disco II (127,500 miles). My check engine light came on about a week ago. I had the codes read. The faults were P0304, P0305, P0306, P0308 & P1300 (random misfiring). I know what the codes mean. So, I bought new Bosch plugs and wires. The check engine light is no longer on. But, I still have the chirping noise when I press the accelerator. Could it be an exhaust leak, bad pulley, tensioner belt or some other engine issue?
