Clarify 2 and 5 for 4.0L V8 parts search

Clarify 2 and 5 for 4.0L V8 parts search
I keep forgetting to ask. Everytime I do a parts search, these two options always appear:
8 cylinders 2 4.0L MFI OHV
8 cylinders 5 4.0L MFI
I just randomly select the 2 option. Part numbers usually always the same.
What are the differences?
