should be pretty easy.
How many amps/watts are you looking for?
A simple large gauge wire run under the truck and drill through into the side panels, make sure you pop in rubber grommet.
Add a small inverter behind the panel and viola....
i have not done this on the rover, but have on many vehicles and boats... pretty easy job.
