Why would you want to clear them with out fixing it? And the answer is no, they can't be cleared without the proper scanner or computer.

The code is a weak signal on back right wheel. Part is swapped but I need to clear it I believe and don't have a tool nor do I want to drive 100 miles to the dealership.

Thank you though, I'll see if anyone is willing to let me borrow the amigo.

weak signal on back wheel - you can get a screw driver on a Discovery I and pound on the sensor to move it a bit toward the toothed reluctance on the hub and the weak signal goes away.
Not sure if this works on Discovery II.

On Discovery I the sensor is just in via friction.

Still won't clear a 3 amigos set of lights, takes a scanner.
