Default clicking sound driving me crazy

help me figure this one out,,,

somewhere in the upper portion of the dash on the passenger side i get a faint clicking or tapping sound. it is not present when at idle and seems to increase in repetition as i speed up to about 10mph and faster. SOOOOO i am thinking maybe there is a small air gap in the windscreen and its air coming through or its something in the dash itself clicking.

i do not have wet carpets or floorboards and i am not getting any water that i can find in the area up near the window. so maybe it is a small enough gap to let air in but not much water?

opinions?

Have you tried turning off the HVAC when it does it?

Is it constant, or more present when the streets are bumpy, as if it coincides with the bumps you hit as you drive ???

Well, I was going nuts trying to find a clicking sound that seemed to be coming from the dash, glove box area. It ended up being the seat belt holder that was vibrating against the seat controls on thecenter consoleon the passenger's side.
