I think you are right on the money with getting new O2's. Before you go spend the money it's worth it to have a look at the 2 front O2 plugs. They can get oil inside them from a leaking valve cover and cause all sorts of problems.

If you decide to get new sensors then I would go ahead and replace all 4 sensors from bosch. If you can't afford all 4 bosch then just get the front 2 bosch right now and the rear 2 down the line, but what ever you do I would stay away from aftermarket sensors.

If the plugs are dirty what do you recommend I use to clean them? Just some electrical cleaner? If the cleaning doesn't work I'll do 2 now 2 later

Yes the O2 sensors will cause a rough idle, I am going/went through the same issues. Only I had 15 codes!! If you haven't already I would recommend upgrading to Magnecor 8mm plug wires:
Amazon.com: Magnecor 80242 8mm Electrosports-80 Ignition Cable 1999-2004: Automotive Amazon.com: Magnecor 80242 8mm Electrosports-80 Ignition Cable 1999-2004: Automotive

As instructed to me by DiscoMike. Good luck!!
