Default Code Combination

Okay, so I need some direction. A few weeks ago, I headed to Dallas from OKC. Shortly into my trip, my Disco threw a P0171 and P0174 codes (I think that's right, lean bank 1 & 2). I've been fighting with them since, clearing with my UltraGauge. Today, we are having an unusual rainstorm and during my trip to town I went thru many puddles. I discovered both sunroofs leaking, but that takes a backseat to what happened. I went in O'Reilly's to get the items needed for my power steering flush, did not leave truck running. I went to pull out of the parking lot, and the truck started running rough (although no lights came on dash). I drove for a few miles and my CEL started blinking then went solid. I used my UltraGauge to check codes, and was greeted with a P1300, P0305, and P0307. Searching thru posts has given me a vague idea of what may be going on, but with the potential O2 sensors failing, then today's codes, I'm not really sure where to start in an attempt to find my issue. I cleaned the MAF last weekend with MAF cleaner, and tightened all intake lines. Thoughts on where to begin? I feel like I may have a big issue on my hands, and would appreciate any advice.

And to add insult to injury, I just checked the pending code section on the UG, and found P0300, and P0303.

Does that help?

When was the last time you had a tune up? Those are misfire codes. With blinking SES meaning bad misfires. Check plugs and connections might be loose or replace plugs. At the moment you dont have O2 codes so need not to replace them yet.

LR03NJ, Not sure, I purchased about 2000 miles ago. Pulled plugs, they are decent. The codes stopped except P0300 and P0307, and the UG just shows them as pending occasionally and doesn't actually throw them. I spoke with MotoProphet last night (very knowledgable) and he seems confident it was the water getting into the coil pack. Thanks, all!
