99 disco II real sluggish. Once its up to speed its fine but real slow to take off. Just put Filter and New MAF in. Took it to Orielly's and they scanned the following codes:

P1884 Low coolan lamp ciruit
P1590 Cruise control Increase distance
P0103 Mass air Flow
P1174 Cam sensor

Are these Right. I found the 1884 isn't. But it looks like these don't have anything to do with each other. So I'm assuming Orielly's has the wrong Names on the fault. Thanks for the help.

 

Cam sensor can make since, if it is bad, it is not showing the ECU top dead center and the fuel injection will be out of wack.
Did some one clear those codes after you installed the new MAF? What brand MAF did you get and from who?
The 1590 is on because it is a rough road/ABS sensor reminding you your ABS has issues and the 1884 actually has 8 interpertations and that is one of them.

 

Orielly's cleared the mass air flow after I had installed the new sensor. But Today the truck shut off 3 times. After it finally started back it wouldn't idle. Had to give it gas keep it running. Now that I know what the codes are it makes sense. You are right. It would run bad if can't see TDC. Could this be the start of a bad cam sensor. As for the ABS I have contiued to have problems with it. I do have the 3 amigos. Tried everthing posted for them and no luck any suggestion.Thanks mike.
