Default Codes

Ok - I apparently I did not pay enough homage to Gods of Disco after I finished the drive shaft and asked "what should I do next?" The Gods of Disco have decided for me.

P0150
P0174
P1174

I read and cleared the codes at advanced auto and the check engine light was on within 30 minutes. I leaning towards O2 sensor as it seams to be Bank 2 only. Any suggestions?

Also, I was thinking about getting the ScanGauge II and leaving it hooked up. Anybody doing this or have feedback?

As always, thank you in advance. You guys are the best. RS

Your passenger front O2 sensor is bad (probably), replace front sensors on both sides. Are you the original owner because those are still under warranty?

I am the second owner. I have had the Disco for 6 months.

Who has the best prices on O2 sensors?

Any thoughts on the ScanGauge?

Thanks RS.

ScanGauge and discos are a great combo. I usually buy them from BA as thy have an awesome parts warranty.

Go to Atlantic British or British Parts of Utah for an 02, or your local parts store as long as you can buy it in the mid $65 range.
For get the scanner. If you want something that really help when you have a problem like your 2 lean bank codes, then spend less money and buy a good scanner that access and read your sensors and actually tell you more then the MPG and water temp.
