I have PO134 & PO306 codes with servce engine light. Does the misfire code cause the O sensor code?

134 is a bank 1 sensor 1 failure code so you will need to replace both the front 02's and then deal with your misfire. How long has it been since you did a tune up along with new 8 mm silicone wires?

 

Lets look at this logically, misfires cause unburnt fuel to be sent downstream through the exhaust.
To much unburnt fuel will cause the O2's to read as defective, replacing the O2's without fixing the misfire problem will set off the O2 defective code again.
Do the tune up, thats new plugs and wires, clear the codes, drive and see if the defective O2 code comes back.
If it does then replace them, you need to stop the cause of the illness before you can cure it.

Rarely if ever will one misfiring plug, a number 6 on bank 2, effect kill the bank 1 sensor 1 sensor, so replace the front 02's and then deal with the misfire.
