Would love to hear from someone who's had experience dealing with these two codes.

I just recently replaced the MAF and well as plugs and wires on my 00 Disco II. I have checked everywhere for vacuum leaks and have not been able to find any!

Completely stumped anyone know why I'm getting these codes?

Slight hesitations but not much and gas millage appears to be close to normal

Really could use some help on this, thanks in advance...
