Default cold start sputter

So once again the rover is giving me shmidt, and Just when i think that i have fixed everything something else goes wrong lol. So Its been sitting for about a week and when I go to take off this morning "while the engine was cold and about 30° outside" I put it in drive give it gas and sputter sputter sputter. It does that until I get to around 3000rpm and then its fine and it only happens when I go from park to drive...and only when the engine was cold. When it gets to a normal temp its perfectly fine. I just put new plugs and wires on it. Bosch +4 and magnacor wires., and no codes have been thrown so I'm gonna rule out a misfire. Can any one help me figure this out.

Have you been having to add coolant lately, a head gasket leak can do that. Any fault codes if so, what are the fault code numbers?

I haven't added any coolant however when I checked it today it seemed lower than the last time I checked. Is it normal for coolant levels to fluxuate between hot and cold engine temp? The codes that it was throwing before I changed the plugs and wires were 0300 and 0306 but those went away after.

Yes it is normal for coolant levels to change alittle with temp swings, expansion and contraction.
Mark the current coolant level with a Sharpe, keep a eye on it and see if it drops below that a significant amount over the next week.

You should be getting misfire codes if you had problems with coolant in the cylinders.
If you don't have those - then no worries.

Your fuel pump could be going.
the cold makes the fuel pump less pressure until the PUMP warms up.

A while back I had super low coolant and had to refill the whole expansion tank then marked the full level with a sharpie that was around Oct. Since then it has dropped about an inch from the mark.

Makes since that it could be the fuel pump. I'm gonna scan again for codes tomorrow just to be sure there are none

Is there any way to test the fuel pump?
