Yeah it's all packed up etc... did you already get adapters for the shocks or are you awaiting the new ones?

didn't get adapters yet. wasn't sure what to get.
shocks/springs should be here this week, so I can have a look at what I need. still a little concerned with the fronts not fitting (bottoming out too soon) but I still have an inch till I touch the reservoir.

OK
Zack has spoken.

I have run cones for over 10 years with great success. The new lower mount cones are fantastic. You can drop the axle down as far as you like and they will always reseat.

I have them on the P38 and do not know they are there. The Truck does better then I expected with them on.

They will work with both a D1 and a D2

Which shocks did you get? Did you get the eibach bump stops? You'll want them...
POLY PERFORMANCE OFF-ROAD PARTS :: Suspension :: Bump Stops & Mounts :: Eibach Micro Cellular Foam Shaft Bump Stop

You're talking D2s with radius arms here, they're not like d1/d90/rrc that can keep articulating. The stupid radius arms bind and limit articulation, you'll never stretch a spring enough to hurt them on a d2

I have a set of your X-$prings in my cart, right now. that bit of scratch could buy a $hit ton of little blue cones. is it worth it? really?

edit = you were answering as I was asking.
