Congratulations Charlie!
He probably won't post this, so I'm going to do this for him(don't be mad).
You know the motor that he went through hell and back, 10 times at least, to get rebuilt and installed? You know, the hydrolocked, bolt in cylinder, low oil pressure, fancy painted 4.6? That he finally nailed?
He pulled it this weekend, loaded up his crane, motor, and tools and went an installed it into a friend/vets disco who has not been able to get his sorted out for who knows how long.
I can only speak for myself, but I would never do that after all of those trials and tribulations. He is now going back to his old 4.0 after all that.
Charlie, You are a better man than I am. I know that when we do charitable things the best part is the feeling we get, but it's also nice to get some recognition for what one has done.
Recognize! Charlie is the man.
I have a motor I need swapped, come on by Charlie, I am sure you are 10 times faster at it than me...

Wow, that truly says a lot about Charlie,,, what a selfless act,,,,
and he didn't feel the need to talk about it, because did it from bottom of heart,,, not for being recognized for,,,, good for you man,, definitely something we don't see every day,,,
showes that nice selfless ppl still exist among us,,, very, very rare, but we see some once a while,,

Wow, that's really amazing. Myself personally, I would've been hard pressed to SELL someone the engine I had fought with so long, much less give it away. Props, Charlie. That's an awesome thing.
