Going to check it out later this week and appreciate the guidance. I'm also going to check out two others I'll briefly outline here:

2000 range rover - 137k miles - Maintenance records - ~$4k - dealership maintenance records and new tires, 3 month old inspection, supposedly just a saggin headliner.

2004 disco - 64k miles - owned by same owner since 2008, lightly driven 20k miles in that time, maintenance records, but it stopped be driven 6+ months ago (to the point the battery died) due to developing an oil pan gasket leak and the owner having 3 other vehicles. Pan gasket is fixed, now just D/S window not working in terms of pre-identified problems.

However the price for that is $4.5k, which is quite good and the interior and exterior are great and would make me enjoy the car more.

Anyway, getting a good selection to look at this week.

 

That '04 sounds like a good option. It looks like the repairs are priced in, but you'll want to make sure of course.
