03 and 04 are the same rig but the 04 has CDL and the 03 does not.
also the 03 has the bad oiling issues.
a clean low miles 04 is the best to have.
i originally wanted to spend up to 8k on a rig, but after doing my research and learning about the 04's and finding my 04 last year with 49k miles for 12k (negotiated) i decided to go for what i really wanted and knew i would be happy with for a long long time.
