Annie, if you make it to the 65k-70k mileage mark without any issues you can probably call it safe. There are some good places to get a t-case with the CDL. RoverLandParts offers professionally rebuilt t-cases, or call Will Tillery about getting one pulled from another truck (a lot cheaper route).

Premium fuel in the Rio Grande Valley, (deeeeeep south Texas), is currently $2.18. Me happy.
