According to the lot person that I talked with today over the phone the reason it wouldn't pull it was sitting on jack stands. The vehicle is in the back of the lot with weeds grown up around it. I asked if he could get the jack stands removed he said he would see what he could do. He wasn't sure why it was on the stands unless it was due to the issue with the tranny. I'll try to get down there later this week or early next week to see if it will pull under power with more than one wheel. D*

Just my 2 cents worth but in my area you can get a fairly good D2 at 130k miles for $1200. Why not just spend a few more bucks and get one with no problems? Or should I say "LESS" problems.

There haven't been any for sale in my area for several months. The older one just aren't in high demand because most people don't want to work on them. They will lease a new one for 3 years then turn it in and get another one. I have checked craigslist and auto trader but those turned up nothing. I wanted to end up making one DII out of two but finding out that the 02 with the good motor is a non SAI motor poo poo that idea. D*
