Default Converting the Connector on a Generic window motor?

Just got a new window motor but as it is 'generic' the electrical connection is nothing like the stock part (see picture) How easy is it to convert it? and is it relatively easy for a rookie? I tried searching but cannot see any tutorials/posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

I guess the one on the right is the new one? I'd say just cut the plug off and splice it right in with some butt connectors.

Cut and splice or you can get fancy and build a male/female short harness (Radio Shack) so you don't have to cut your vehicle harness.
