Coolant Host to Coolant Pump

Is it possible to purchase just the hose from the plastic Y adapter to the coolant pump, or must the whole assembly be replaced?

Yea I wanted to get that and move my existing hoses over, but I need to replace the short hose from the junction to the coolant pump.
