Other service to be done...change all the fluids, both differentials and the transfer case, the transmission fluid and filter, power steering fluid, brake fluid and coolant after you find and fix your leak.

Make sure that you add a bottle of injector cleanerto the gas tank at every oil change.

Not good to add what, fuel injector cleaner?
A Land Rover engine is no different than any other engine, injector cleaner is good for any car or truck.
