Default Coolant leak fixed; rewarded with check engine light

Hello --

Well, thanks to some helpful inputs I resolved my coolant leak (location: throttle body heater plate). I've driven about 50 miles and it's now coolant leak-free, but unfortunately after the first 10 miles my check engine light came on. Also, it shudders a bit at idle; similar to earlier when I needed to replace my O2 sensors.

I went to Autozone and pulled codes and came up with the following:
P0171 O2 Sensor malfunction
P0130 O2 sensor defective
P1171 MAF? (it wasn't clear because they didn't have Land Rover specific definitions)

I searched these three codes on this forum and the answers typically point to O2 sensor replacement.

I think, however, that my situation is a bit different...
1) All 4 of my O2 sensors were replaced with OEM LR sensors 5 months ago (5K miles ago)
2) At the same time, I replaced my plugs and wires with Magnacor 8mm and Bosch Platinum +4s
3) I haven't had any codes/problems since that time.

I'm wondering if the problem might have something to do with the throttle body, since I was working next to it to replace the heater plate? I had to remove the air filter cover and ducting. Maybe I bumped something or jostled it out of position that led to this problem?

I haven't done the induction/throttle body cleaning yet. I was going to do that over Thanksgiving after the coolant leak/codes problems were resolved. From what I've read, though -- those mainly affect the smoothness of the engine (i.e. wouldn't cause codes)?

As always, thanks for your sage advice!

Clear the light and see if it comes back on.

Make sure your air intake tubing is all good and tight.
