Default Fixed exhaust leak and now throwing engine codes. Advice needed.

Hey guys, I wanted to get some advice before throwing parts at my current problem. I have 3 codes: P0150, P1174, and P0159.

Some history. I had an exhaust leak on the drivers side where the downpipe meets the exhaust. According to a hand and smell test, this is now gone. From my understanding the codes I have now are indicating the opposite side of the engine. I reset my codes and after 2 days the cel came back on due to the codes above. The exhaust smells rich to me and the amount of white smoke while cold seems a little excessive, it is also idling rough warm and cold.

The truck is a 2004 with 94K miles. I have had it for a year now and had to change the crankshaft sensor about 2 months ago, i also had a code at one point that indicated evap leak and a new gas cap fixed it. I expect to be told to change all 4 02 sensors due to reading some other post but I wanted to make sure my code combo wasn't pointing at something else. I have an old SnapOn scan tool if reading O2 voltage will help diagnose in any way.

Thanks for the help!

Either you still have an exhaust leak or the 02 sensors are shorted, not plugged in or bad. The other code is your CPS. Check to make sure it is tight and all spacers are in place.

Which code is for the cps? I thought they were all O2 and system lean codes. Could an exhaust leak on bank 1 cause only bank 2 codes?

Is it P1174 or P0174? Your post has P1174 which is not a rover code. it is a generic code for the cam sensor. It its P0174 then it is System to lean Bank 2.

Ralphobell- When you say the 1174 code is a generic code for the cam sensor, do you mean the CPS? I get an intermittent 1174 code, usually when there have been outside temp swings of 20 to 30 degrees.
