Coolant leak from the screw on top of the radiator on drivers side: Recommendations?

When the tank first cracked, I squeezed some rtv in it and reinstalled the screw, then went inside and ordered a new radiator. When I installed it, I used the cable ties instead of the screws. That was last year and they are still working great. The screw holes are in bosses cast on the tank so they can be left empty.

My tank didn't crack from the screw penetrating it, it cracked from the screw acting as a wedge and causing the tank to split. Take a look at the picture I posted. A shorter screw wouldn't have made a difference. Just skip the screws and the problem is solved.

Thanks. I may come up with some sort of brackets to make it look better. Waiting for the fan and Serpentine belt to arrive. if I am going to go in others needs replacement, they are still the original stuff.
Thanks for your help. This screw on top of Radiator and fitted with sharp wood screws makes me think whoever designed this are incompetent at best.

SERIOUSLY???!!! How about making the CPS 6" lower, or putting the coil packs somewhere other than between the intake and firewall, or requiring the removal of everything forward the crank pulley to remove the radiator, or finger-tight piston sleeves, or a temp gauge that reads dead center for a 100F range, or putting glue in the wiper switch,...good grief, I've owned this thing for a year and could write a novel here! Good thing I enjoy tinkering, but not much surprises me anymore.
