Default Coolant Leak Drivers side close to firewall.

Let me thank everyone for this forum, it has been a great help with my 99 Discovery II.

I have completed the hose replacements, waterpump replacement, relays and anything else I can find unless it finds me first.

I have had a small loss for a while but never could find it. Took kids to the lake and I couldn't get out of the truck well enough before I see the coolant rolling from under the vehicle.

Res was full so feed the ducks and drove it home (very close). I jacked the truck up, started it. From under the truck I could see the steady stream of coolant (pin head stream).

Res was down significantly turned the car off. I'm bummed because I just finished the starter and that was difficult to me, at least to get apart to get to it. Got it back in fine.

My question is what is in this area, valley pan, head gasket?

Thanks for any info

There are two lines that feed/return from the throttle body heater. Replacement kit is like $25. Also HG, valley pan, maybe freeze plugs. You can remove line from throttle body heater and shove them together to see if it stops.

And the head gaskets.
Time to do a coolant pressure test to find the leak.

Use your cell phone
Take a picture of the leak.
Email the picture to yourself.
Then post it on here.

And here is a plumbing map, in case it is a loose hose clamp (vs the always unpleasant HG). The pressure test will reveal the source, may take a few minutes once pressure is run up to say 15 PSI. Cap vents at 18, no need to go that far.
