Oh oh, I thought he was trying to replace the one that goes from the TBH to the block; that s-shaped all-rubber one.

I don't have to worry about the weird shaped rubber line going up to the TBH = all of mine have been deleted. Just intake to reservoir. Now if I had a TBH sure that rubber hose = OEM would work. Just the plastic hard lines = ditch for 5/16 and call it good. Heck I'm a wild man both my D1's = TBH deleted as well. Less tight spots to go un-noticed for coolant leaking = The better in my book!

Well she is back to together and running from the lower intake to expansion tank directly has improved coolant flow in that area significantly. One straight run made a difference.

I will not know until later tomorrow if I have it sorted not, if it looks good I have a 80 mile mixed hiway and city drive to meet my land rover group saturday that should prove it out.

The coolant tester was a no go they lacked the euro connector. And the dye is great but man everything glows now I need a good run to dry her out

So far am check of coolant level shows a very small dropped as expected, air in hose related. But the no glowing green water so I am looking good.
