Coolant Overflow
The car has been starting up fine toast and we've done quite a bit of running around. The Ultra Gauge states 13.97 volts.
That being said, the coolant overflowed today while we were out. Lost about 1-2" in reservoir. So I bought some more Peak 50/50 and added it.
Tried letting it run again in the garage to see if it'd do it again and it hasn't. Not sure what the deal could be or why it only did it while driving. Any thoughts?

Did you run in with the hood up again or was it down? Are you sure both your fans are working properly?
If your cap is original I would replace it, if it still leaks then either your radiator is plugging up or your have a head gasket starting to fail.
Another thing to remember is you only check your coolant prior to a cold start other wise the level will be chamging up and down while driving?

Gotcha. I will order a new cap and see if that remedies the issue. Does it need to be from one of the online Rover parts suppliers or can I pick one up locally at a Napa or Advanced Auto?
I can't speak for the electric fan as today was only about 55-60 outside and the engine temp according to Ultra Gauge only reached 201 once while sitting still. The rest of the day, in stop and go traffic averaged 188-194. The engine fan appears to working as normal as well.
What drew my attention to the overflow was the small puddles in the parking lots and after yesterday I was hypersensitive to watch for it.
So a failing head gasket can cause the reservoir to overflow as well? Because it is coming from the overflow tube.

So I think I've tracked this down. I had the Disco parked on a slant and was letting it warm up looking under for the drips to start.
After it reached operating temp, sure enough, I could see it dripping underneath. So I popped the hood to confirm the source. It appears the reservoir itself is what's leaking. I could see coolant slowly dripping on the underside of it.
Dunno if it's maybe at the seam and then running under or what. I believe I read that's a common place. The only thing that's got me puzzled is it doesn't leak while just sitting. Only once pressure / temps build. Is that normal?
I priced the reservoir and it appears Rock Auto has the best price on them. Any reason not to buy theirs? I'm going to go ahead and replace the cap too.
Also, do any of you have and tips / tricks on replacing the reservoir?
