Default Coolant tank keeps puking

Just got done replacing head gaskets, thermostat, coolant tank, and lines from tank. Bled the air out of the coolant system and topped it off. Ran it and let it warm up. Checked codes and everything clear but after the engine is warmed up the coolant tank starts backing up and pukes. If I rev the engine the coolant level bubbles more till it burps and coolant level drops back down only to do this minutes later. When it does this I also loosen the threaded plug to remove any other air. If I shut the engine down the coolant will back up again till it cools. Checked my vacuum lines. Read through a lot of the threads in the forum to see if I am missing something but at this point I'm stumped....help!

Overheating? What are the coolant temperature? Do you have a Bluetooth ODB-II adapter? You can display the exact temperature on your phone.

Coolant temps are 180- 190. So not overheating.

Clamp the bypass line from the tee closed so no or very little coolant can flow through it. Run the tank cap one full turn from full closed so it vents. Start from cold and bring up to point where gauge is just beginning to move. Rev engine to 3000 rpm for 45 seconds. WIth the bypass line clamped off all the flow has to go through the heater core and reving will push all the air out.

BTW, none of this silliness is necessary with inline mod.

Got fed up with trying to burp the baby and got an inline thermostat. Easy install and have been driving it without event. Will take it on a long drive and hopefully no problems and issue is resolved. Thanks for the advice
