Just wanted to update everyone and I noticed another member having cooling issues here
after I got 3 bad thermostats
2 from ab and 1 from lucky 8
my forth Tstat solved my cooling issue
there could be a bad batch of thermostats going around
even though I tested them in hot water and they opened at 195 however when installed the flow was very poor

Yep, same happened to me with the 180's. The one I had equipped lasted a year, went bad and replaced with a spare to get home. I went through 2 from different vendors that were bad, I carry 2 as spares in my truck tool box.
