Full disclosure. I picked this up about 6 or 7 years ago (link below). First build went well, but within a year I had a head gasket go - right between cyl 4 and 6 toward intake manifold. Building it a second time (because just replacing a head gasket wasn't good enough), I pulled the center threads when torqueing the heads down (using standard length ARP studs). I Heli-coiled the center holes and used longer studs from TWS all around. Finished new build. Had another un related failure almost a year later and decided to go big and send everything to TWS for a proper build. TWS put new sleeves in and while installing Heli-coils in the head stud holes determined that the metal was soft - failed pull test for the first Heli-coil install. TWS was nice enough to send me the Costcast block back and prepare another for the build I have now - which is AWESOME!!!

So there you have it, Costcast block with new sleeves and a partially pulled Heli-coil. I was going to make a table out of it, but now I just want it gone. If someone wants it and can pick it up its yours's, if not I'll scrap it.
