Could this be a wheel bearing??

Default Could this be a wheel bearing??

I have a new to me 2000 Rover, the three amigos lights are on, they stay on and have never gone off. I just took it for a little drive and heard a bit of a rumble that went away then came back. I parked it and walked around to see if anything seemed out of the norm. The rear passenger wheel smelled hot, and the brake pad was way hot, all the other brakes were cool to the touch but that rear brake pad was way hot. So could this be a wheel bearing? Could I test the theory by lifting it off the ground then try to move the tire back and forth?

Maybe also a sticking caliper

My money is on the sticking caliper already mentioned. You will need to remove the wheel and brakes for a full inspection ASAP.

Default Off to inspect

I'm heading out to take the wheel off, if it is a sticky caliper what is the fix for that, spray some cleaner, replace some parts, or something else?

Replace, rebuild DIY possible but usually cylinder too scored by time it begins to stick.

Default Back in from inspecting

I'm back in from inspecting the brake/wheel. I don't have the other side (passenger side) lifted so I can't spin the wheel free but it will spin free for an inch or so. So does that tell me anything? It seems tight side to side so I'm guessing it's not a wheel bearing. Any recommendations as to what I can try?? If this is really the problem I don't have an issue rebuilding this but I don't want to rebuild it and find out that's not the issue.
