I guess it's on to plan B. Bring extra hooks and I'll go for a morning swim.

kind of lol that and i noticed there was a hole in one of the small hulls. i can still bring it but i dont know how well it will do haha.

here is my new rod- 100-130# line, full roller and the wrong reel on there... sending the reel back for the correct one- its the same model just better looking.

all the needed maintenance has been done to the disco and thankfully it looks like the PO had done some refreshing before selling, the diff fluid had a golden hue to it still, oil was dark but no milk shake- t case leak is fixed along with re filling it. doing the front diff when i get a chance along with possibly getting some hubs and a lift kit from dusty1 and trying to pick up a ladder for the truck as well. i doubt i get a winch and tires by then but only time will tell.

Jared, i picked up a 9x9 pop up for shade also how are you taking your spare fuel? metal jerry cans? and how are they mounted?

i want a two jerry can holder but most look flimsy and they want premium for them as well.

when i did the cdl i used all 96 d1 parts and forgot to go back and reseal the tcase high/low shifter because i needed to figure out how to get it to shift properly.

there was a piece of old sealant propping it up on one side, so now no more leaks!

Good because it is the fun deep sand road that only good modified 4x4's can make it down and it should be fun in the rovers.

Bad because it might take us 6 hours to drive all the way to the end where the jetty is, if we can make it all the way at all.

We might have to make camp closer to the North Beach side. Basically anywhere we can get lines in the water.
today's report says its clearing up near the jetty, i say we try and make it as far out as we can.

you could have used the 1911 to make your mounting holes
