Default CounterAct Corrosion Protection

Seen it on speed TV. read it on the internet. Did much reaserch of it. They have Five models. The 5th is for Land Rovers alone.

"modified version of our proven OR-4 design modified to specifically address the corrosion problems of aluminum body-steel frame vehicles, especially suited to addressing galvanic cell corrosion at frame/body junctions of the Land Rover"

Any opinions. You can search it on google easily if your curious as well.

I had a unit similar to this one my explorer about ten years ago (don't know who made it). That truck was really rusty and the unit had tons of rust around where it was mounted, I don't believe it did anything.

I didn't read the whole website, but they seem to usea lot of big, technical sounding words and phrases yet don't really tell you a whole lot about the product.

I have a corrosion protection system. It is called a leaking front seal. Whole bottom of truck is coated with oil.

This would work by you already having the rust gone. So all the same prep work just like you were going to undercoat it. Then you hook this up, and the idea would be it actually prevents the metal from oxidizing and rusting. The electric charge the unit gives the metal keeps the ions off that would rust the metal.

It should work....its like clamping a zinc brick onto an underwater buoy or anchor...although zinc wears away as it stops the rust....this should just continually apply the charge.

SHOULD
