What kind I oil do you run?
Most of us around here have ticks if some kind and they're usually not an issue. That said, these trucks are kinda picky about their oil, needing a lot of zinc, and they're kinda prone to failed oil pumps. I'd get a thread in gauge and check my oil pressure if I were you. There's a cap you can remove and tap into right beside the oil filter.

You might just eyeball your exhaust manifold to downpipes flanges for tightness too - they produce a more and more pronounced tick over time if the nuts are backing off the studs... just fixed that myself.

10/30 non Synthetic.
Is there any way to monitor the oil pump with the Torque app using the OBD2 Port
Thanks

Is that Rotella T5 or some kind of diesel 10w30? Making the switch to Rotella 15w40 very well may clear up the ticking, but I'd definitely check the oil pressure either way.
I'm afraid there isn't, no. I wish there were, but you've got to get an actual pressure gauge. You'll need a gauge like this one and I think harbor freight sells one. Your local auto parts store may also have one, perhaps even one for rent. Any tester you get you will probably need an adapter and, honestly, I'm not exactly sure what size the factory plugs are.
Also, Jason is spot on. I had the exact issue he mentioned where it was actually a small exhaust leak between the manifold and the y-pipe that was causing a ticking sound I had a while back, so check that too.
