has anybody gotten used parts from them radio second one they sent wont power up i have checked the fuses and the radio plug and the are all good what else could it be 99 disco II

 

SO you have gotten 2 radio's from these guys and it still wont work?

 

2nd one does the same as the first illumnate works when the lights are on but the radio doesnt turn on the harness fuses are good i un hooked my dash clock tryin to find a power drain would that disrupt the power to the radio.....or any other ideas to check please help

 

I've dont have any other ideas, sorry.
Doubtful that the second unit is bad also.
It must be a issue with the truck.
