im a new owner (4 months) myself, got a '02 disco , 30k miles, and i love it so much!! , i read this forum every day!! im on the northern tx gulf coast and have put my disco thru some pretty gnarly sand. the beaches up here sometimes swallow normal cars and so far i have not even had to put mine in low!!!!
